What we collect

When you send a commission brief we receive the details you type: your name, email, optional phone, the collection, budget and brief. We use them only to reply to you about your commission.

The design concierge

The voice concierge is an AI that speaks in a recording-based clone of William DeVito's voice. Before the microphone turns on you are asked for consent. Conversations are recorded and transcribed by our voice technology provider so William can follow up, and a written summary is sent to him. Florida and some other states require all parties to agree to a recorded conversation; by starting a conversation you consent to that recording. Please do not share payment details or anything private.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers that run this website, its forms and the voice concierge, and only so they can do that job.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing through the commission form, and we will do so.
